Daddy and his boys

Some Milestones:

Ethan has been feeding himself now!!! That makes things SO much easier!!!!! I am still working with Nicolas to feed himself his bottle and did for the first time this morning!!! At first he acted like it was a game when he dropped it, so we had to teach him that it wasn't and now he's doing much better!!!!

We are starting to introduce baby food so we are  have to learn all over again how to eat/feed. Ethan has taken to the spoon and loves to put it in his mouth all by himself. I fear we will want to do that when we have food on it too and make a HUGE mess. Nicolas isn't as hands on with the spoon which will make it a lot easier to feed him.

Nicolas has been a lot more social now that he has been off this seizure medication. He is smiling a lot more and laughing and "talking"!! I want to see him want to get around more, but it will come in time I am sure. He isn't as sleepy anymore and is taking in his surroundings.

Ethan is rolling over and scooting around all over the floor. He will see his toys and try to get over to them. He still LOVES to be stood up. If he had his choice I think he would skip sitting and crawling and just stand and walk, no.... run, and skip all the other stuff.

Nicolas likes to be bounced, Ethan does not. Nicolas is ticklish...... This make for a lot of laughs!!!! They are both interacting with each other a lot as you have seen in the last video I posted.

The boys went for their first swim in the pool, I forgot my camera so I will have to wait to get the pictures from my friend. They looked so cute in their swimming outfits and hats. I think they were tired so they didn't get excited about the water, but they didn't seem to dislike it either. After they got out they took a nap on the blanket under the tree and let me soak for a bit longer.

BEST VIDEO EVER

The boys had their first overnight at my moms house. When we got back the boys gave us the best footage ever. It was a melt your heart moment. The boys just discovered they could interact with each other and they just cracked each other up!!! This is SO cute and I am so happy that we got this on video to be able to share it with you.

new friends

Eralier this week we visited with some family and friends. They boys made some new freinds with Lilly and Sophy. Lilly played the piano for them and Sophy made sure I was taking care of them. Their cousin Adia also likes to be "mommy" making sure they have everything they need. It is so adorable!!!!

clouds

I know this is totally off subject, but I just had to share it with you. Yeasterday we had these weird clouds. I just thought they were awesome. It looked like Jehoavh had painted the sky.

The weather man said that these are a new type of cloud that need to be studied. The link below has more pictures taken by others in the area.

I just have to say, I love how easy it is for ANYONE to hold the boys. They are SO easy going. Saturday night we were at a graduation party, and we could hand them to people they never have met before, and just walk away and they are fine. It was nice to get to have some free time and dance a bit. Also I love how easy it is for them to fall asleep. Loud dancing music and all they just passed out, while other people were holding them!!

I visited my friend Tierra last week, it was an exhausting afternoon taking care of these three little ones, and her 3 year old; just the two of us moms. Boy we were brave, or crazy... one of those!! We went to the mall then out to eat. (had delicious wings and burger at Buffalo Wild Wings) All the babies fell asleep while we ate... score!!!! It was a fun and interesting day.
